tretford contains 80% goat hair, naturally hard wearing, durable and timeless. Wild or domestic goats are by nature, lively, self confident, astute and often fun-loving creatures. Born climbers, their hair is tough, weather resistant and resilient, providing protection against both icy winds and searing heat. These characteristics not surprisingly carry through to the tretford product, making it suitable for heavy contract wear.

tretford ’s secondary backing is 100% natural jute. Indeed the use of naturally renewable resources and environmentally friendly systems and processes has always been part of the tretford ideal.
